Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a personal and exclusive space where you and I, as your therapist, interact. This setting allows you to deeply reflect and work on individual issues. You have control over the topics, pace, and intensity of the therapy, creating an ideal environment for your self-experience and personal development. The focus is on developing your personality, enhancing your self-confidence through new ways of thinking and behavioral changes, and supporting you through challenging life stages.
Individual Therapy (50 min): €90,-
Couples Therapy
In couples therapy, you, your partner, and I come together in a protected, common framework. This form of therapy is excellent for analyzing and improving relationship dynamics and structures. As a neutral mediator, I help you understand and respect the perspectives of both partners. Couple therapy provides support during relationship crises and helps to reestablish a harmonious coexistence.
Couples Therapy (80 min): €150,-
Adolescent Therapy
Adolescence is often shaped by major changes at school, in the social environment, and in one’s inner experience. During this time, young people can be particularly vulnerable to emotional stress, which may show up in different ways. In adolescent therapy, I support teenagers aged 14 and above in recognising, understanding, and effectively coping with challenges at an early stage. The focus is on therapeutic conversation in a safe and confidential setting where thoughts, feelings, and difficulties can be openly discussed. Together, we work to better understand distress, develop new perspectives, and strengthen helpful strategies for everyday life. Depending on the topic, creative methods may also be used as a supportive addition. Trust and confidentiality form the foundation of our work. If helpful, parents or caregivers can be involved at certain points, by agreement.

Psychotherapist in Training under Supervision
As a psychotherapist in training under supervision, I am in the final stage of my psychotherapeutic training. This status allows me to independently offer therapy in my own practice. To ensure the quality of my work, it is necessary during this phase of my training to regularly participate in supervised sessions. This process is conducted anonymously and with the utmost adherence to confidentiality obligations. Unfortunately, health insurance companies do not yet cover the costs of treatments provided by psychotherapists in training under supervision.
Confidentiality
As a psychotherapist, I am bound by Section 15 of the Austrian law for Psychotherapy to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all information entrusted to me in the course of my professional practice. Rest assured that your data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The duty of confidentiality is only waived in cases of acute self-harm or harm to others.
