In couple therapy, you, your partner, and I come together in a protected, common framework. This form of therapy is excellent for analyzing and improving relationship dynamics and structures. Child and Adolescent Therapy
Children and adolescents are often susceptible to emotional stress, which can manifest in complex ways. In child and adolescent therapy, tailored support is provided to identify and effectively address these issues early on. Through playful and creative approaches like games, drawing, and painting, as well as through conversations, we enter the world of young people, listen, and support them in overcoming their challenges. Adolescents particularly benefit from talk therapies. In a protected environment, they can openly express their feelings, thoughts, and problems and learn how to cope with difficulties and conflicts. The goal of psychotherapy is to improve the quality of life of children and adolescents, involving their environment in the therapeutic process, promoting holistic recovery.

Psychotherapist in Training under Supervision
As a psychotherapist in training under supervision, I am in the final stage of my psychotherapeutic training. This status allows me to independently offer therapy in my own practice. To ensure the quality of my work, it is necessary during this phase of my training to regularly participate in supervised sessions. This process is conducted anonymously and with the utmost adherence to confidentiality obligations. Unfortunately, health insurance companies do not yet cover the costs of treatments provided by psychotherapists in training under supervision.
